Anna provides property management services to Panattoni through CAP. She manages a portfolio of properties that total approximately 2 million square feet. Anna is focused on managing institutionally owned assets, which requires a strong knowledge of ownership agreements and obligations. She is also responsible for the implementation of lease obligations, maintaining tenant relationships, creating and implementing budgets and reporting to internal and external owners. Anna has been part of the team since 2011.
