As Development Manager, Ben is responsible for supporting projects in Western Canada throughout the full development process. He brings an in-depth understanding of land development and commercial real estate processes for a variety of asset classes and is well versed in acquisition and due diligence activities, leasing negotiations, planning and entitlement processes, engineering and design support, and financial analysis. This experience enables him to reliably deliver successful results and projects for Panattoni. Ben has been part of the team since 2021 and is located in the Edmonton office.
