As Executive Vice President, Western Canada, Brad is responsible for all aspects of development projects in Western Canada. He is located in Edmonton and manages the Edmonton office.

Brad’s extensive knowledge of the Alberta marketplace was gained through his experience at Avison Young in Edmonton where he worked as an Industrial Leasing and Sales Agent prior to joining the Panattoni team in 2006. Having worked for regional, national and international clients, Brad understands the importance of clear communications, achieving milestones and maintaining focus.

The scope of Brad’s role includes identifying and pursuing value-add real estate opportunities, negotiating purchase and sale agreements, conducting due diligence, overseeing project marketing, construction management and lease negotiations and managing his Alberta team in all aspects of the business. Brad has been and continues to be a key part of the company’s success in being able to maintain high level expertise in order to execute successful projects on a local level.
