As a Property Administrator, Catherine is responsible for providing critical supporting functions to the property Management team with an assigned portfolio of over 5 million square feet of industrial space. Catherine assists the Property Manager with lease administration, any tenant or property related matters and ensuring compliance with Property Management Agreements. She plays a central role in delivering best in class service to the ownership group and tenant base. Catherine has been part of the team since 2023.
