As part of the Property and Building Maintenance operation, Chris works to ensure that the value of all Panattoni assets is well maintained. His responsibilities include conducting regular maintenance checks, site inspections, managing the execution of asset improvements and serving as a point of contact for tenants to resolve any issues. Chris joined with a wealth of mechanical and plumbing experience in commercial and residential properties. Chris has been part of the team since 2020.
