Joanna brings over 15 years of experience in the industrial real estate sector in both development and brokerage. She has expertise in the assessment of land opportunities, the entitlement process, transaction management and leasing. As Development Manager, she supports the development team in full-cycle project management for Panattoni projects in the Greater Toronto Hamilton area and surrounding markets. Joanna is a licensed representative and has been part of the team since 2021.
