Larry is responsible for ensuring that the company’s stabilized properties are properly maintained and secured. He provides on site supervision for tenant improvements that are made to the company’s buildings and ensures that routine maintenance is performed to retain and increase the value of our assets. Larry works closely with our property management and leasing team as well as our construction team to ensure that on site priorities are implemented. He further works closely with tenants to address any issues that arise. Larry has proven to be an important member of the team since he joined Panattoni at its Canadian inception in 2005.
