As Executive Vice President, Michael is responsible for all aspects of development projects in eastern Canada as well as overseeing asset and property management of over 5 million square feet of industrial properties.

Michael’s career in industrial real estate spans 18 years. He worked with the leading industrial brokerage team at Cushman & Wakefield Ltd./Royal LePage Commercial from 2001-2005, where he was responsible for business development, marketing, and building / land assessments. He specialized in the GTA large industrial market, where he assisted with the relocation of large national and international clients.

Michael joined Panattoni at its Canadian inception in 2005 as Development Manager and has worked in all areas of the business, which includes leasing, marketing, asset management and property management. He now broadly oversees its operations and leads the Toronto team. The scope of his role further includes identifying development and value-added real estate opportunities, managing investor relations, managing the sourcing of financing, managing all aspects of acquisitions and dispositions, implementing business strategies and managing the company’s general operations.
