As a Property Management Accountant, Paresh is responsible for the property accounting for portfolios of 4 million plus square feet. Paresh has extensive experience working as a Property accountant since 2005. Paresh is responsible for day to day accounting and monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of various properties and ownerships, also assists and working with Property Managers for any tenant or property related matters. Paresh has been part of the team since 2023.
