Sarah provides leasing services to Panattoni through CAP. She is responsible for lease negotiations, lease agreements and renewals. She works closely with the development and marketing teams to maintain high occupancy rates for Panattoni’s existing properties and to secure pre-leasing for projects being built on speculation. Sarah further manages relationships with external legal counsel, tenants and real estate brokers in relation to leasing. Sarah has been part of the team since 2017.
