Tony has been living and breathing industrial real estate for over 20 years and comes with extensive experience in senior property management roles in all asset classes. Through CAP, Tony oversees a portfolio of 12M+ sq. f.t and manages all property management functions and team members. He is responsible to devise and carry out strategic initiatives that ensure consistent quality services are provided to our clients while meeting tenant expectations. Tony is a member of BOMA and plays a leadership role in BOMA Best Certification and ESG operations. Tony has been a member of the CAP team since 2021.
