Wade Dobbin is one of three partners of Panattoni Development Company (Canada). 

Prior to joining Panattoni, Wade spent 20 years in real estate brokerage. From 1995 to 2005, Wade and his partner, Andy Smele, were Vice Presidents at Cushman & Wakefield Ltd./Royal LePage Commercial where they were recognized as the number one industrial agents in Canada from 1997 through 2004 and received Cushman/Royal LePage’s award for the Largest Single Industrial Transaction each year from 1996 through 2004.

Since Panattoni Canada’s inception in 2005, Wade, together with his partner Andy Smele, has overseen Panattoni’s Canadian operations with offices in Toronto and Edmonton. Projects to date have exceeded 15 million square feet of development and redevelopment. Wade’s focus is largely on the identification and acquisition of opportunities in the Toronto and Greater Toronto markets. His extensive expertise in the industrial sector together with his background in engineering have positioned him well to deeply understand the financial details and market forces affecting real estate transactions and to seize and then execute the appropriate opportunities.

Wade is located in Toronto and provides general management oversight of the Toronto operations.
